After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order from Food4Fitness & eWAY containing your order details and payment receipt. We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
The email will include the date and location for delivery or pickup.
Once Delivery Address is confirmed we are unable to change delivery details after that point. Any change requests need to be sent to email@example.com and will be accomodated within courier restrictions.
If no-one is home meals will be left in a cooler box out of the sun. The meals will stay cool for approx 6hrs. If no-one is home and no other arrangements have been made the meals will be left at your risk.

Order can not be canceled or edited after Wed 9pm cut off or Monday 9pm cut off.
Cancellations must be received within 24hrs of placing an order. Outside this timeframe orders cannot be cancelled. Please email email@example.com to discuss.
At Food4Fitness if for any reason you feel that are not satisfied with your our product we will give you a 3 day refund guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues and problems you may have.
This refund policy does not apply to any goods which have been consumed after delivery day, or if any attempt has been made to tamper or alter the product or if they have been dropped, opened or left product out due to negligence. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Food4Fitness Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
All credit card payments are processed securely through a PCI compliant Payment Gateway (eWay) and payments are made directly through 256 bit SSL Encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe. Food4Fitness Ltd does not store any credit card information on our servers. We may also change or add additional payment gateways to our website in the future. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However we are not liable for any unauthorised access to this information.
Before consuming any Food4Fitness products, please consider that they are produced in facilities that also handle the following allergens; milk, eggs, soy, seafood (including crustaceans), peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, tree nuts and gluten.
Food4Fitness schedules deliveries on Sundays & Wednesdays.
Delivery days and times are subject to temporary change during special events, public holidays and other externalities.
Although we best endeavour to give you an approximate time of delivery, unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic. The meals are delivered in Plastic BPA free, tamper proof container under MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) containers and packaged into cardboard insulated boxes with ice packs and Woolcool packaging which allows meals to stay out for up to 6hrs, although we do suggest meals are placed immediately in your fridge for optimal shelf life; if you are not able to accept the delivery, the box will be placed at your doorstep at your own risk in the most secure location our driver can find. Driver will also notify you when they are 30-90min away and send a photo once delivery has been completed. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Food4Fitness to be authorised to receive the goods. You may specify a secure area where you would like the box left when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
To the full extent permitted by law we hereby exclude all conditions and warranties not expressly set out herein. Except as specifically set forth in elsewhere in this agreement, we make or give no express or implied warranties including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice, with respect to any goods or services provided under or incidental to this agreement. No oral or written information or advice given by us, our resellers, agents, representatives or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of the express warranties hereby given, and you may not rely on any such information or advice.
1. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Services shall be limited to the charges paid by you in respect of the Services which are the subject of any such claim and provided that you notify us of any such claim within one year of it arising.
2. In no event shall we be liable to you for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any other indirect or consequential or economic loss whatsoever.
Any liability of Food4Fitness in connection with goods or services supplied to you will be subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Food4Fitness be limited to the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods.
Your feedback to Food4Fitness is always welcome; please remember that any ideas, concepts, comments or suggestions forwarded from you may be used by Food4Fitness without further reference to you, and without payment to you or any other liability being incurred by Food4Fitness
This clause applies to the extent permissible by law and no attempt is made by Food4Fitness to exclude or modify liability that is imposed by statute and which may not be excluded or modified. The proper law of this website is the law of New South Wales, Australia and by entering this website you agree with this choice of law.
